Sivers makes changes to senior leadership team for next phase of commercial growth
Sivers Semiconductors AB of Kista, Sweden (which supplies RF beam-former ICs and lasers for AI data-center, SATCOM, defense and telecom applications) has announced a series of senior leadership changes across its Wireless and Photonics businesses as it moves into its next phase of commercial growth.
Marc Pegulu joins as managing director of Wireless, effective 28 September. He has more than 25 years of experience in delivering profitable growth of product businesses across RF, wireless and mixed-signal technologies. His past assignments include P&L leadership roles at Semtech and Qorvo that span multiple market segments and geographies of interest to Sivers.
Harish Krishnaswamy, currently managing director of Wireless and co-founder of MixComm (acquired by Sivers in 2021) becomes chief strategy officer (CSO). He will focus on corporate strategy, M&A and new business initiatives, building on his experience in technology development and business development at Sivers.
David Clark joins as VP of engineering for Photonics, effective 31 October. He has more than 25 years of experience across photonics, semiconductor packaging, engineering management, product marketing and product line leadership. His career includes roles at Agilent, Leica Microsystems and FlipChip International, and more than 12 years at Amkor Technology, where he worked on the commercialization and production ramps of advanced packaging technologies and R&D programs.
Andrew McKee, currently chief technology officer of Photonics and co-founder of CST Global (acquired by Sivers in 2017), is retiring from the company. He will support the transition to David Clark through to the end of 2026.

We have built a strong foundation of technology and products across wireless and photonics, and our focus now is on turning that foundation into commercial growth and scale,” says president & CEO Vickram Vathulya. “We are strengthening our senior leadership team to help drive that next phase,” he adds.
