Skyworks appoints Mark Dentinger as CFO and Todd Lepinski as senior VP, sales & marketing
Skyworks Solutions Inc of Irvine, CA, USA (which manufactures analog and mixed-signal semiconductors) has appointed Mark Dentinger as senior VP & chief financial officer, effective 2 June. He succeeds Kris Sennesael, who steps down as CFO on 9 May to pursue another opportunity.
Also, Todd Lepinski has been appointed senior VP, sales & marketing, effective 2 June. He succeeds Carlos Bori, who will remain with the firm in an advisory role for several months to ensure a smooth transition.
“They are both proven leaders and accomplished executives and bring valuable knowledge and business acumen from their past roles,” comments CEO & president Phil Brace. “They will provide the requisite skills and expertise needed to ensure Skyworks continues to deliver operational excellence and essential technologies and products to our customers while capturing new opportunities across a range of markets,” he adds.
“Kris and Carlos have been valued members of the executive leadership team,” Brace continues. “Their perspectives have been instrumental as we’ve executed on our long-term strategy and initiatives, and both have made lasting contributions that have benefitted the company and our customers.”
Dentinger has nearly 20 years of CFO experience leading financial strategy and operations for high-profile technology companies. Most recently he was CFO of Veritas, where he led its global finance organization. Previously, he served as CFO for InvenSense from September 2014 to May 2017, CFO of KLA-Tencor from September 2008 to August 2013, and CFO of BEA Systems Inc from February 2005 to April 2008. He received his MBA in finance from the University of California at Berkeley and a bachelor’s degree in economics from St. Mary’s College – California.
As a sales & marketing executive with experience driving global revenue growth and building high-performance teams in the semiconductor sector, Lepinski was most recently senor VP of worldwide sales & marketing at Synaptics. Prior to joining Synaptics in June 2021, he was VP of sales at ARM from April 2016 to June 2021. Previously, he held several sales management roles at Broadcom in the USA and Europe from 2004 to 2016. He has a bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics and communications engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
