Advanced Energy unveils dual-output 400W module for NeoPower configurable power supplies
Advanced Energy Inc of Denver, CO, USA (which designs and manufactures precision power conversion, measurement and control solutions) has introduced a new dual-output 24V/24V module for its NeoPower family of configurable power supplies, delivering up to 400W (200W per output) in a compact 2.5-inch form factor.
This added module enables up to a total of 16 isolated outputs per power supply, streamlining system design for engineers in industrial, medical and test environments.
Critical advantages are cited as:
- Simplified integration: configure up to 16 outputs per supply, eliminating the need for custom power supplies;
- Space and cost efficiency: high power density (18W/in3) reduces system size and complexity;
- Reliable performance: digital control ensures precise current and voltage delivery from a single AC input;
- Certified compliance: meets IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 (industrial), IEC/EN 60601-1 (medical), and SEMI F47 standards.
