American Elements adds selenides, antimonides and arsenides to portfolio
American Elements of Los Angeles, CA, USA has expanded its ultra high purity (99.999%) semiconductor materials capacity with the addition of:
- Metallic selenides, including lead selenide (PbSe) and bismuth selenide (BiSe)
- Antimonides, including indium antimonide (InSb)
- Arsenides, including indium arsenide (InAs)
