OIPT appoints Mark Vosloo as sales director

Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology (OIPT) has appointed Mark Vosloo as its new sales and customer support director. OIPT provides tools for plasma-enhanced deposition and etch, ion-beam deposition and etch, atomic layer deposition (ALD) and molecular beam epitaxy (MBE).

Prior to joining OIPT, Vosloo held senior positions with a range of photonics and semiconductor companies; he was sales and marketing director for Photonic Materials, and president of the UK and US sales subsidiary for LINOS, a manufacturer of electro-optical sub-assemblies and components. 

Vosloo said: “I am keen to drive growth within OIPT and am particularly excited about the challenges ahead, especially during a time in which Oxford Instruments is geared towards launching innovative new products for nanostructure growth and semiconductor device engineering, as well as consolidating the recent launch of the FlexAL atomic layer deposition tool.”
