Title: Marie Curie Transfer of Knowledge Position on 3D structured metal films
A 12 month Marie Curie fellowship is open for an experience researcher to investigate the realisation of 3D structured metal films at the Tyndall National Institute. The structures could be built using controlled infill of a template consisting of submicron silica spheres or polymer. Infill techniques could use the vapour phase systems at Tyndall, electroless or electroplating techniques, sol-gel techniques or other self assembly techniques. The candidate will work with Tyndall researchers and students as well as other MC fellows in progressing the technology. The candidate must have at least four years post graduate experience (preferably a PhD) in this field working in academia or industry.
As this position is supported by the EU Marie Curie Transfer of Knowledge programme the applicant should not have worked in Ireland for more than 3 months during the last 3 years.
