Title: Silicon carbide epitaxial specialist
Norstel AB was founded in 2005. We develop and manufacture advanced semiconductor materials for the electronics industry. Our unique process for producing Silicon Carbide is based on more than ten years of research at Linköping University, and is protected by worldwide patents.
We have multi-year delivery agreements with industry leading companies, and we have recently started production at our new plant in Norrköping, Sweden. We are expanding and we are looking for personnel to further develop our processes
We are currently seeking an epitaxial specialist to take full responsibility for development of epitaxial processes and subsequent scaling to volume production.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years experience of epitaxial growth of silicon carbide or a related III-V material. Industry experience of epitaxial processing will be a strong advantage.
We offer competitive salary and stock options and would be seeking an individual to be permanently based in our facility in Norrköping, Sweden.
