Riber receives order from Japanese university for Compact 21DZ research MBE system

Riber S.A. of Bezons, France - which manufactures molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) systems as well as evaporation sources and effusion cells - has received an order from a Japanese university for a Compact C21DZ research MBE system, for use in research on compound semiconductor microstructures.

The Compact 21DZ is one of the newest models in the Compact 21 range, with over 125 systems already installed worldwide.
