Riber S.A. of Bezons, France, which manufactures molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) systems as well as evaporation sources and effusion cells, has received an order for a Compact 21 MBE machine from the Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics (SITP), of China. This system will be used by the laboratory to increase its fundamental research capabilities on new III-V based structures.
