Skyworks launches dual-crossed SP2T for switching between RF filters with differential inputs
Skyworks Solutions Inc of Woburn, MA, USA (which manufactures high-reliability analog and mixed-signal semiconductors) has launched its first commercialized switch designed to provide simple switching between RF filters with differential inputs.
The SKY13354-368LF is a dual-crossed SP2T (single-pole double-throw) device that provides low-loss, higher-isolation and fast-switching capabilities. It requires two controls and is housed in a 2mm x 2mm package.
Target applications include CDMA and WCDMA RF reference designs where switching between two differential filters is required.
