EpiWorks receives ISO 9001 certification
EpiWorks Inc of Champaign-Urbana, IL, USA has received ISO 9001:2000 certification from Quality System Registrars Inc. The certification covers the design and manufacture of compound semiconductor epitaxial wafers, including all of EpiWorks’ products (i.e. indium phosphide- and gallium arsenide-based microelectronic and optoelectronic wafers).
“Achieving ISO 9001:2000 certification validates our history of providing industry-leading quality in epitaxial wafer manufacturing, but more importantly, affirms our dedication to maintaining these standards and continual improvement,” says president Quesnell Hartmann.
