Semiconductor Today is available free of charge in a digital format, and as a low-resolution PDF download from this website. Key to the concept of Semiconductor Today is that it should always remain freely available in these formats to everyone with an interest in compound semiconductors and advanced silicon materials and devices. We do not ask that our readers fulfil particular criteria in order to receive the digital Semiconductor Today, or that readers pay to receive it.

However, we do appreciate that some readers prefer a printed copy. For this reason, Semiconductor Today is now available on an annual subscription basis (10 issues per year) at the following rates:

Rates are valid until January 2011, and include airmail delivery outside the UK.
